We do not retain raw audio files after processing. You should not speak sensitive information (passwords, financial data, health details) to the app, as voice data is transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure.
We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., transaction records).
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained beyond account deletion.
Unstuck is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
