1. Who We Are

Unstuck is operated by HE Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Unstuck mobile application and website located at tryunstuck.app (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Voice Input: When you use Unstuck, you speak to the app. We transmit your voice audio to third-party AI service providers to generate responses. We do not permanently store raw audio recordings on our servers.
Tasks and Conversations: Text representations of your tasks and the AI responses are stored to enable session continuity. This content is associated with your account.
Account Information: If you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-provided user identifier and, at your discretion, your name and email address.
Email Address: If you join our waitlist on the landing page, we collect your email address solely to notify you when the app is available.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Analytics: We use third-party analytics providers to collect anonymized usage events (e.g., which features you tap, session duration, error events). This data does not include the content of your voice or tasks.
Device Information: We may collect your device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
Purchase Information: Subscription transactions are processed by the Apple App Store through a third-party subscription management service. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the core Service — processing your voice input through AI and returning task-breakdown responses.
To maintain and authenticate your account.
To determine your subscription status and grant access to paid features.
To send transactional emails (e.g., waitlist confirmation). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your voice input or task content for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on various third-party providers to deliver its functionality. These may include:

5. Voice Data and AI Processing

The nature of Unstuck requires processing your spoken words. Here is what happens when you speak to the app:

Your device captures audio through your microphone.
The audio is transmitted securely to a third-party AI service provider for transcription and AI response generation.
The provider processes this data subject to their applicable data processing terms.
The resulting text (your words and the AI's response) may be stored in our database to support session context.

We do not retain raw audio files after processing. You should not speak sensitive information (passwords, financial data, health details) to the app, as voice data is transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., transaction records).

Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained beyond account deletion.

7. Children's Privacy

Unstuck is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Opt out of analytics tracking (you may disable this in app settings).

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
